FLISP, how can it help you?

Category Financial Tools

The Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP) is an initiative of the South African Governent to assit households in the 'gap' market.

There is a growing sector of households within South Africa  which are too rich to qualify for the RDP subsidy program, but at the same time not in a high enough bracket to qualify for a bond, known as the GAP market.

The FLISP initiative asssits households with a monthly income of between R3500 and R22000 with a lump sum. This sum is used as a deposit on a new property with the aim to lower the monthly repayment on a bond. This will result in more families owning property there by stablising a brighter future for them and their families.

Vertical Spaces Properties works with Bond Originators (CapCubed) and a dedicated FLISP specialist to determine how much you qualify for and to streamline the process of owning your first home.
